Whether it concerns a small pavilion or a complex hospital, we engage with spatial and programmatic challenges in a focused and methodical way. We are inquisitive and approachable, and we prioritise clear and open communication. Within thematic groups, we develop forward-looking solutions to current issues, while sharing knowledge internally through workshops and lectures. We work from a self-renovated listed building on the edge of Delft’s historic centre, without executive offices or separated drawing rooms, reflecting an organisational structure in which each contribution is equally valued.
