cepezed is an architectural office with a broad portfolio in the Netherlands and abroad. We design high-profile sustainable projects such as State Office De Knoop, The Green House, Temporary Courthouse Amsterdam and the new pier at Schiphol Airport. We also work, for example, on state-of-the-art laboratories and educational buildings.

cepezed has in-house specialists for each part of the design and has its own areas of expertise for interior design, project development and realisation. This makes us an all-in-one employer with challenging career paths and the opportunity to look beyond the boundaries of your own field of work. If you would like to undertake your period of professional experience as an architect after completing your studies, you have come to the right place because of the versatility of our office. Several colleagues have already gone through this process with us. This lets you rely on their experience and you will also be assigned a BEP mentor from cepezed to guide you where necessary.

That’s how you keep developing, just like cepezed. You learn on the work floor, but also through internal or external training and development programmes.
environmentally aware
Incidentally, we limit overtime as much as possible. Precisely by working together efficiently during normal hours, we ensure that overtime is kept to a minimum. In addition, we find it very important that hard work is combined with enjoyable experiences together. That means lunch, sports and Friday afternoon drinks together, but also memorable office events. For instance, project excursions, summer barbecues, the cepezed sinterklaas party, archicups, summer cycling evenings, our spectacular New Year’s lunch, the monthly birthday drinks, a chips van and speciality beers for Paddy Sieuwerts’s birthday, Ronald Schleurholts' architectural birthday cakes and, last but not least: cava when we win a tender!
