Before joining cepezed, Ilse spent seven years at Heembouw Kantoren and three years at Hilti Nederland. With her strong background in the construction industry, she brought a wealth of experience to cepezed. Now, she forms a close-knit team with Charlene in cepezed’s secretarial department, where she feels completely at home thanks to the collaborative mindset and open, creative atmosphere. “Everyone here is willing to help and think along, regardless of their role,” Ilse says.
Ilse finds it inspiring to be part of such a creative team, where everyone works together toward the best and most beautiful designs. She also loves the office itself, describing it as a "fantastic building—modern, filled with light, and a wonderful blend of old and new."
