For the Landréstraat, cepezed designed single-family houses situated directly next to and overlooking the park. The concept is entirely attuned to the location. The living rooms are located at the front on the first floor, have glazed façade sections that can open completely and with their nine-metre width, they are completely oriented towards the park.Because the upper floors protrude column-free above the ground floor, there is space for parking below the overhang. This means that the view from the living room is not obstructed by cars; it’s actually like living in the middle of the park greenery.
