Two sections 

The building consists of a low-rise and a high-rise section, both horizontally articulated. The lower building part has five floors, and a glass atrium connecting laboratories and meeting rooms. The atrium extends to the south facade, which recedes slightly. Here, outside is a terrace overlooking a garden with a pond.

The ‘tower’ has nine floors. The construction allows the floor fields to be divided in different ways, according to the desired area of offices and meeting space. The main load-bearing structure is hybrid. Should new tenants arrive, the spaces can be adapted relatively easily.

Atrium 

The building is meant for startup and scale up businesses. The start-ups are located in the low-rise part, the scale-ups in the high-rise. A spacious and light atrium forms a connecting core and connects to a terrace on the south façade. The atrium is the place to meet the other tenants. Galleries and walkways provide a direct connection to the offices, shared laboratories and meeting rooms. The glass plinth makes the exhibition space - the science gallery - easily visible from the outside.
