breeam-nl excellent

Accelerator has flexible floor plans, and its carefully detailed communal areas and abundant natural light create a pleasant, healthy working environment. The floor-to-ceiling plant wall in the atrium is an eye-catcher.
The super-efficient use of materials, in combination with 420 solar panels on the roof, water-saving toilets, parking spaces with charging points, heat pumps, and an aquiver (heat storage), has ensured that the building has been certified BREEAM Excellent.

ready for use

Accelerator was completed in early April of 2022. Next up, the main tenants Genmab and Merus moved into the offices and laboratories. One of Accelerator's most attractive details belongs to the Genmab floors: a spiral staircase made of thin, white-coated sheet steel.
