cepezed is transforming Noon, the bridge building spanning the Parnassusweg in Amsterdam. Noon, formerly known as Vitrum, will offer around 14,270 m² of high-quality, light-filled office space across four floors, with a strong focus on hospitality, flexibility and sustainability.
Construction begins today and completion is scheduled for the first half of 2028. In total, more than 2,500 m² is being added to the building, creating an open, inviting and lively place where connection and collaboration take centre stage. With flexible office floors ranging from around 370 m² to over 4,500 m², Noon is designed for both single-tenant and dynamic multi-tenant use.
Noon occupies a prime location in Amsterdam, right at the junction of the Zuidas business district and the lively Amsterdam Oud-Zuid. With careful attention to its history and existing architecture, the building is being transformed into a distinctive working environment.
The building is designed to meet the highest ESG standards and will be Paris-Proof, with a BREEAM Outstanding rating and an A++++ energy label.
Noon is a development by client NSI. cepezed is responsible for the design, Dura Vermeer has been selected as contractor for the redevelopment and HofmanDujardin is delivering the interior design.
