The new building for knowledge-intensive enterprises is currently being built along the Plesmanlaan; just at the entrance to the Leiden Bio science Park, where we previously realized several other research buildings. The project is a development of Kadans Science Partner, specialist in the field of housing for the knowledge-intensive sector on and around science parks and university campuses. In addition to a number of general facilities to stimulate interaction and innovation in the park, the sustainable building will offer flexibly rentable offices and laboratories.
