Curious about the new Bravis Hospital?

Bulkenaar

Roosendaal is getting a new hospital. It will be built at De Bulkenaar on the city's western edge. Team aan de Schie will present the sketch design on March 6 to interested residents and local parties.

care campus
The new Bravis will be a large hospital, replacing the existing hospitals in Bergen op Zoom and Roosendaal. The hospital grounds will be laid out as a "care campus," with a park for patients, staff and walkers from the neighborhood. Because of this idea of a campus, the contact between inside and outside is one of the focal points of the design.

optimal work processes
The careful landscaping invites one to walk around and from the hospital wings there is an optimal view of the park. Much attention was also paid to the atmosphere and accessibility of the interior spaces. The designers took into account the differences between medical and psychosocial care.

presentation sketch design
The sketch design will be presented on Monday 6 in the auditorium of the Bravis hospital in Roosendaal to residents of De Bulkenaar and other interested parties.
