The finishing stages of Building D(emountable) are nearing completion and recently the first tenant received the key! The ground floor of the demountable office building was taken into use by 9to5 software. This Delft based company is an expert in developing custom-made apps and websites and celebrated its moving-in last week.

9to5’s field of expertise is in line with the cepezed condition that the multitenant building only accommodates tenants from the knowledge-intensive creative industry. In the coming year, another tenant will occupy the other three floors. This company is a game developer and is therefore also in line with the housing concept of the ‘creative cluster’ between the Ezelsveldlaan and the Nieuwelaan, which also includes offices of Connekt and cepezed itself.

Building D(emountable) is an in-house development and design by cepezed and is realized without a main contractor by cepezedbouwteam, which has coordinated the different constructing parties. With the new construction, cepezed is now equipped with a prototype of its architecture on its own grounds; a striking example of the way of thinking, designing and building that renders the office’s signature so distinctive.
