REV’IT SPORT is a brand for innovative motorcycle clothing. Due to the growth of the trendsetting company, REV'IT was looking for a new head office. cepezed was commissioned to design the new-build, to include a showroom, design centre and central warehouse in Oss.

Motorsport legends have been here, or will visit it: the REV'IT! SPORT Headquarters in Oss. The new building houses all business units, which were previously located at three different sites.

The building has been designed entirely in the look and feel of REV'IT! The deep black corporate colour has been consistently implemented in all materials throughout the building. The use of glass has created a tough and pleasant working environment, where ambitious employees strengthen each other.

The building is the showpiece of this global motorbike clothing brand, which is founded in the Netherlands.

Open and connected

The new building in Oss consists of two elongated building strips linked by a central skylight. When entering, this immediately provides an overview.

At the head of the building, on either side of the central axis, are the representative functions: the main entrance, the reception desk, the showroom and the restaurant. At the end are the expedition zone and the workshops. This building block is largely warehouse and has closed façades.

Via the large, open blue-steel main staircase, the creative departments on the first floor can be reached, with the supporting offices above. This part of the building has largely full-glass façades.

Glimpse behind the scenes

Each floor has a meeting place with an integrally designed pantry. The open voids provide long sightlines and physical links, contributing to good orientation for visitors and interaction between staff. The view from the showroom into the test laboratory gives guests a glimpse behind the scenes of REV'IT! SPORT.

Seamless connection to the DNA of REV'IT

Architecturally, the building’s two bays consist of a steel main supporting structure, filled in with concrete double-tee floor slabs in the offices and public functions. These bridge the bay width of 16.2 metres in one go, creating freely adaptable floor slabs.

The double-tee floors have a rugged graphic look, on which all the further components base their dimensions. The look-and-feel of the new head office seamlessly matches the DNA of REV'IT!: innovative, robust, designed down to the last small detail and brought back to the essentials. As a result, the architecture and interior design are characterized by minimal use of materials, careful detailing and a high-quality finish.
