The integrated approach of cepezed culminated in the establishment of its own interior division. Because the structural shell at cepezed is immediately also the fit-out, close collaboration is essential to achieve the best result: a building in which you cannot discern where the architecture ends and the interior begins. At the same time, cepezedinterieur also works on independent commissions. Its hallmark is furnitecture: clustering multiple functions into a space-defining object.
To strengthen our capacity for pioneering work, two affiliated companies were founded in the 1990s: cepezedprojects and cepezedbouwteam. This allows us to keep innovations under our own control - from financing through to completion. The project developers at ‘projects’ focus on circular construction and everything it entails, from demountable hollow-core slab connections to new financial models. ‘bouwteam’ specialises in partial tendering as well as the organisation and coordination of construction.
