The Van Spaendonck Enterprise House in Tilburg is contender in the ArchDaily Refurbishment in Architecture Awards 2018.
The business complex for business support organizations in Tilburg was reopened last summer after major revitalization by cepezed and cepezedinterior. The original building, formerly known as the Corpac House, dates back to 1968 and was designed by Van den Broek & Bakema at the time. The themes of hospitality, representativeness, comfort, transparency and optimum support for work processes played a major role in modernization. cepezed opted for an approach with efficient, targeted and well-considered interventions while maintaining the spatial characteristic of the original building ensemble.
