The new buildings both are realized within a DBFMO-contract commissioned to consortium De Groene Schakel, comprising the VolkerWessels companies Boele & van Eesteren, HOMIJ Technical Installations and PCH Dienstengroep (services) and Kondor Wessels Projecten. The architectural and interior design were made by cepezed and cepezedinterieur.
