The 100% circular pavilion Utrecht is one of the four finalists for the Sustainability Prize 2017. Cepezed designs, on behalf of the consortium R Creators, the 100% circular pavilion Utrecht that will be realized next to Central Government Office De Knoop. The pavilion provides space for hospitality and flexible workplaces. Last month, 45 projects were submitted to run for the prize. After nominating 10 projects, the jury has now appointed four finalists. After the summer the public can vote for the audience winner, which will be taken into the final jury judgement as one vote in the final. During the Day of Sustainability on October 10, the jury will announce the final winner.
The Sustainability Prize is an initiative of the province of Utrecht and has this year the theme of circular economy. The province wishes to create a show case presentation for innovative solutions that contribute to a sustainable future of the province.
