2016 is already a fruitful year for cepezed as well. Among other projects, the office will realize buildings such as the new DSM Biotechnology Center for DSM and the new YES!-building with biofacilities, both in Delft. Other constructions that come to completion this year are the EYE collection center in Amsterdam, the SintLucas vocational college in Eindhoven, the renewed train station in Tilburg, the Temporary Court in Amsterdam, the Corpac House in Tilburg and the Moreelsebrug in Utrecht. Additionally, 2016 counts a lot of groundbreaking ceremonies for cepezed. Construction will commence of projects such as a series of information points for various Dutch train stations, the RIT customs center on the Maasvlakte and the new Westland town hall. The transformation of the former, large-scale Shell office-block at the Oostduinlaan in The Hague into a high-grade apartment complex will start soon as well, while in Utrecht new construction for the Genmab farmaceutical company has already been set about.
