demolition update oostduinlaan and corpac

The lower volume of the former Shell building on the Oostduinlaan in The Hague has now been almost completely demolished, and it will be replaced by a new, more compact block on the existing foundations at some distance from the main building. This creates space between the two volumes and enhances the complex's relationship with the adjacent park and estate. cepezed is transforming the building into an apartment complex with high-end homes and facilities. The design was commissioned by Pinnacle Property Developers.

On the Reitseplein in Tilburg, cepezed is realizing the large-scale renovation and modernization of the Corpac Huis and demolition work is currently in full swing as well. The Corpac Huis houses a large number of socio-economic and social organizations and consists of a succession of building parts, the earliest of which was built in 1966-1967 to a design by the Rotterdam architects’ office Van den Broek en Bakema.
