cacoa factory nominated for nrp golden phoenix

From a record number of submissions this year, the cepezed-designed Cocoa factory in Helmond has been nominated in the Transformation category of the Golden Phoenix, the award of the National Renovation Platform (NRP) aimed at stimulation of and inspiration for the reuse of the existing built environment. The NRP stresses that the Golden Phoenix is especially a prize to be learned from: the jury assesses the entries on a wide range of aspects such as functional quality, technical execution, sustainability and innovation as well as the social, economical and cultural value of the project.

The NPR announces the definitive winners on Wednesday June 3 from 15.30 on, during the PROVADA trade fair in the AMSTERDAM RAI. Tickets are available through the website of the fair.
