The former Museum of Technology which cepezed recently renovated and moved into is one of the five nominees for the Le Comte-prize of the historical association Delfia Batavorum. The honour is meant for an architectural beautification of the Delft townscape realized over the past year. The winner of the award will be announced on May 19. In cooperation with the newspaper Delft op Zondag, the general public will also be able to vote for a public award. The prize has been named after Alfred Le Compte (1850-1921), artist and teacher in construction-decorative and other applied arts at the Polytechnical School, the precursor of the Technical University.
