The construction of De Resident in The Hague is in full swing. The project comprehends the refurbishment of the buildings Helion and Castalia and the erection of a new entrance street in between these. The foundation for this has been finalized, and the steel construction is standing. For the larger part, the roof has also been realized and the floor has been cast. According to planning, the street will be wind and watertight by the end of this year. At the moment, the contractors are also working on the façade openings in both Helicon and Castalia for access from the entrance bridges that are yet to be build. The completion and occupation of the whole project are planned for April next year.
