The renovation of the former White Tower of the Rotterdam police force, directly adjoining the A20 ringway, has been completed. The building is part of the Veilingwegcomplex of the police. The overall, cepezed-designed transformation of this complex is in full swing. At the side of the highway, the tower has been expanded with a constructive rack wich has a fully transparent facade at the front, contains a gracefully shaped staircase over the full height and also provides the floor fields with light and spacious voids. The other facades of the tower are fitted with an austere articulation of horizontal strip windows and police blue profiled cladding, which lends the entirety a remarkable appearance.
