The congress took place on November 30th in cepezed's future head quarters, the former Technology Museum in Delft, and was well-attended by hospital and property managers. The event was organized by the consortium for health property design +ACDC, consisting of cepezed, the engineering offices ABT and Deerns, as well as the consultancy for health property Cure+Care.
Subject of the congress was a new type of health care property directed towards a higher degree of usability and long-term added value. The different speakers, including the directors of the +ACDC-partners, director of the Living Daylights Foundation Atto Harsta and the Meander Medical Center director of finance and property René van Dijk, all approached the subject from the point of view of their own discipline, but also stressed the importance of an integral approach which does justice to all different aspects and concerns and results in a balanced optimum between these.
